何かの美しさや、⽇常の感動や衝撃、時代の移り変わりに感じること、過去の記憶の蓄積や未来への思いなど、⽇々は抱えきれない物事と感情で溢れ、世界は時に交錯してもつれ、その本質を⾒失いそうになります。
そのような世界の周辺を探索し、徐々に⼤切にしたい中⼼へと近づいていけるようにと作品にしていきます。ある出来事によって起こる体温や脳内の変化、それに伴う感情と、ある⾃然現象に⾒られる光、⾊彩、気温や⾳に反応して起こる情動とは、太古から⼈々がその関係性を結び付けてきたように、現在でも無意識の部分で深いつながりを持つように思われます。
抽象の作品群では特に、そのような世界の内（⾝体）と外との親和性と共通感覚を探りながら、キャンバスの上で物質の起こす視覚現象を作っています。
技法としては、視覚の源である光の表現を⻑年探求しています。近作は半透明で微細な粒⼦をアクリルエマルジョンと混ぜながら積層し、光の波と粒の性質を表現することで、より体感に近い表現を試みています。
また、いくつかの分断された⾯と奥⾏きで、⼀瞬の時が何度も反復するような、時間の流れとは異なる記憶のありかたを模索しています。
線を描くときは、空間内に⾃分が⼊り込み泳ぎまわるような感覚で、外側に規定されている物事から個⼈が⾃由になれる瞬間を感じられるような線を追求しています。
最終的に作品は私の経験や記憶からも離れた独⽴した存在となり、⾒たこともないけれど懐かしい何かと共に在るような瞬間を待ち望んで制作しています。

The world is full of things and feelings that we cannot hold on to - beauty, daily impressions and shocks, feelings of the changing times, accumulated memories of the past and thoughts of the future - and sometimes the world is so intertwined and tangled that we almost lose sight of its true nature. The work explores the periphery of such a world and gradually moves towards the centre of what is important to us. The changes in body temperature and the brain caused by certain events and the emotions that accompany them, and the emotions that occur in response to the light, colours, temperature and sound seen in certain natural phenomena, seem to have a deep unconscious connection even today, just as people have linked them together since ancient times. The abstract works seem to have a deep unconscious connection with the emotions that occur in response to temperature and sound. In the abstract works in particular, the artist explores such affinities and common sensations between the inside (naves) and the outside of the world, creating visual phenomena caused by materials on canvas. As a technique, they have been exploring the expression of light, the source of vision, for many years. In his recent works, he has attempted to create an expression that is closer to the experience by layering translucent microscopic particles mixed with acrylic emulsion and expressing the nature of light waves and particles. Also, with the use of several broken up surfaces and depths, I am searching for a form of memory that is different from the flow of time, as if an instant of time repeats itself over and over again. When I draw lines, I feel as if I enter and swim around in the space, pursuing lines that allow me to feel moments of personal freedom from things that are defined on the outside. In the end, the work becomes an isolated entity, separate from my experiences and memories, and I long for the moment when I can be with something I have never seen but miss.
