The Catcher in the dark
明るい未来を信じ無邪気に突っ走ることができた時代ではなくなった現在。
作家達は眼を閉じ、耳を澄まし、口を紡ぎ、注意深く速やかに歩みを進める。
彼等は眼前の闇の中に確かなものをつかみ取ろうとしているかに見える。
それは本当の闇なのか？それともひかり輝くものなのだろうか？
今回紹介する3名の作家はそれぞれがある一貫した主義を掲げ、
行き先を見失った多くの人々が混沌のなかで崖から落ちそうになったとき、
そっと手を差し伸べてくれるような、やさしい光を携えた作家達だ。
重たい気配を纏いつつ淡い筆跡で描かれる井上光太郎のPainting。
異常との狭間を自由に行き来するように日常を写し撮る小浪次郎のPhotography。
子供の頃に見た夢のように朧げで闇の中を流れる映像のようなSadie Rebecca StarnesのPainting。
是非、この機会に三者三様の「光」を感じてください。

We have been believing in the bright future and rushing headlong into it.
But now, we can’t live any more in same way.
Artists close their eyes, listen attentively, weigh their words carefully, and step quickly.
They seem to try to catch something sure and bright in the darkness surrounding them.

We present you three artists who carry the gentle light.
If you get lost yourself in chaos and come near falling over the cliff, they’ll give you a helping hand.
